Available options

FlexArc A

This cell can be equipped with a single robot (or two robots on request) and is supplied with a complete set of security features. This cell is provided as a roll door version only. Adaptive software plus the high-speed drives of ABB positioners enable rapid changeovers and high productivity.

FlexArc B

This cell can be equipped with up to two robots and is supplied with a complete set of security features. The cell comes in two versions of the loading zone - light curtain or roll door. Adaptive software plus the high-speed drives of ABB positioners enable rapid changeovers and high productivity.

FlexArc C

This cell can be equipped with up to three robots and is supplied with a complete set of security features. The welding cell is offered in several variants, with options for the payload of the positioning device, the number of installed robots, the type of handling space security, and the roof structure. There is also a wide choice of equipment levels.

FlexArc K

This cell can be equipped with two robots (or up to four robots on request) and is supplied with a comprehensive set of safety features. The cell comes in two versions of the loading zone - light curtain or roll door. Adaptive software plus the high-speed drives of ABB positioners enable rapid changeovers and high productivity.

FlexArc R

The best-selling ABB arc welding cells, the FlexArc-R can be equipped with either two or three robots and is supplied  with a comprehensive set of safety features. The cell comes in two versions of the loading zone - light curtain or roll door. Adaptive software plus the high-speed drives of ABB positioners enable fast changeovers and high productivity.

FlexArc L

FlexArc - L is available in both side-by-side or back-to-back versions. The cell can be equipped with one robot in the side-by-side  version or up to two robots back-to-back. This cell is only supplied as a roll door version. Adaptive software plus the high-speed drives of ABB positioners enable rapid changeovers and high productivity.

FlexArc TT

Supplied as a single robot version only. The standard delivery includes equipment for automatic calibration and cleaning of the welding torch, giving easy and consistent maintenance to ensure the welding cell achieves maximum productivity.
