To ensure the peak performance of your products during their whole lifetime, we define a four-phase product life cycle management model. Products are divided into different status by this model. In each specific status, ABB provides different kinds of service for you.

ABB Servo product lifecycle phases are Active, Classic, Limited, and Obsolete. During the Active and Classic phases, a full range of lifecycle services and support is available. During the Limited phase, only a limited range of services and support is available. In the Obsolete phase, only replacement and end-of-life services are offered.
