Commitments and recognitions

<p>Amongst more than 50 leading European companies, we signed the <b>#EmbraceDifference</b> pledge to create the right environment and conditions for all employees to reach their full potential. We were recognized in <b>Europe’s Diversity Leaders by Financial Times for 2026</b>.</p>

Global people policy

<p>Our global people policy&nbsp;reflects our commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive, feel valued and empowered to come as they are. Implementing this policy is a spans across both global and local levels.</p>

Global programs and processes

<p>A review of our programs and benefits confirmed that all under scrutiny were inclusive for our employees covering paid parental leave, life insurance, retirement plans, disabilities and critical illness, and our employee assistance program.</p>

Inclusive Hiring

<p>Our inclusive hiring approach is designed to shape a workforce that reflects the world we serve. We have global partnerships to reach underrepresented talent, embed inclusive practices into trainings and interviews, drive adoption of accessible tools and processes, and measure progress.</p>

Employee Assistance Program

<p>In partnership with Workplace Options, we developed this global program supports our employees and their families through different stages of their private and professional lives. It offers resources for counselling, life coaching, family support, emotional support, coming out, transitioning and more.</p>

Global development programs

<p>Our learning experiences are designed to turn inclusion into everyday practice. Our offerings help our employees recognize unconscious bias, engage in open conversations, and commit to small but powerful actions that build a culture where everyone feels they belong.</p>

Self-paced learning

<p>We offer a diverse range of online learning tools and resources covering diversity and inclusion topics. They include online learning pathways, online courses, articles, toolkits, and other resources from partners.</p>

Celebrating our leaders and colleagues

<p>Through our communications channels, we continuously showcase leaders, colleagues and teams who demonstrate outstanding contributions to fostering inclusion.</p>

Connecting colleagues

<p>Our “Coffee Connect” initiative enables colleagues to be randomly paired with another colleague to connect and explore inclusion topics. Meetings can be in person or virtual, giving our people the chance to meet others they wouldn’t normally interact with.</p>

Employee resource groups (ERG) and employee networks

<p>Our employee resource groups and employee networks are voluntary, employee-led groups that support inclusion and help create a workplace where everyone feels valued and a sense of belonging.</p>
