We are committed to supporting gender inclusion through fostering a safe, fair and inclusive working environment where everyone in ABB can come to work as their full selves. We have signed the UN Women's Empowerment Principles, which aim to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community.

Inclusive principles, programs and guidelines
<p>Our Code of Conduct enforces zero tolerance against discrimination based on gender identity, biological sex and parental status. Our gender-neutral parental leave program supports parents, without differentiating the gender. Our flexible work practices and guidelines also support gender inclusion to thrive in the workplace.</p>Learning and development
<p>We offer specific learning paths, webinars, workshops, articles and resources from partners on topics such as gender inclusion, female career development and men’s health. We have run a program for job shadowing a woman leader and continue the global female mentoring program.</p>Employee resource groups and employee networks
