Gender

We are committed to supporting gender inclusion through fostering a safe, fair and inclusive working environment where everyone in ABB can come to work as their full selves. While many of our initiatives are part of our overarching commitment to  Diversity and Inclusion, you can learn about some of our dedicated gender activities on this page.

We have signed the UN Women's Empowerment Principles, which aim to promote gender equality and women’s empowerment in the workplace, marketplace and community.

"At ABB, we are fully committed to the Women’s Empowerment Principles, also mirrored in our Sustainability Agenda. We strive to create safe, fair, and inclusive working environments where people can succeed and develop. And we have a clear and measurable target for women in senior management. We are equally committed to community engagement, with a focus on STEM education and empowerment, especially for women and girls."
