We are committed to building a workforce with a mix of ages, perspectives and experiences through fostering a safe, fair and inclusive working environment where everyone in ABB can come to work as their full selves. We are proud to have five generations working side by side across our global facilities. Inclusive principles and guidelines
<p>Our Code of Conduct includes a clause that enforces zero tolerance against discrimination based on age. Our flexible work practices and guidelines also support colleagues to thrive in the workplace on terms that suit their individual needs.</p>Learning and development
<p>We offer learning paths, webinars, workshops, articles and other resources from partners on generations in the workplace – including specific resources for baby boomers, Gen X, millennials, Gen Z and Gen Alpha. Topics include shifting career paths and hiring across generations. We also offer cross‑generational mentoring opportunities—including reverse mentoring programs—that help employees across all age groups learn, connect, and grow.</p>Celebrating our leaders and colleagues
